Our organisation – “Freedom for Education, Culture and Sport” coordinated the “Sport for healthy youth life” project which brought together 34 young participants from Bulgaria, Romania, Poland and Turkey.
The project embodies the initiative of our young and committed Europeans to promote healthy mindsets and active living to the people in their communities through the power of example. This way, in November 2018 the city of Bansko, Bulgaria hosted an 8-day activity in which the young participants set out to identify how regular physical activities can bring about significant health benefits.
Therefore, our participants proved beyond doubt that healthy habits are easier to develop and maintain than generally thought!
The second stage of the “Sport for Healthy Youth Life” Erasmus+ Youth Exchange programme took place in Bucharest from March 17th to March 25th 2018.
Yet again, 34 youngsters from Turkey, Bulgaria, Poland and Romania contributed to the process of testing innovative concepts of Education through Sport, this way having the opportunity to develop core competencies and skills for personal development and strong inclusive growth.
